Excellent apartment
BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! This place needs to be shut down immediately, a bunch of crooks from management all the way down to the receptionist! Biggest advice is if you decide to rent from them which you shouldn’t is ALWAYS get a RENT RECEIPT!! These crooks sent me a letter in the mail stating a 15 day non payment of rent and if I didn’t pay my rent in the next 15 days I would get EVICTED!! KSEA bought our. building a few months ago and has been utterly useless as a property manager. Our trash cans were removed when the building sold, none have been replaced; we are all now tenants at will because this company won't write us leases; they do not communicate with us, they do not manage this building remotely adequately, they are a failure of a property management company.
