My experience with KSEA has been extremely frustrating. They are unresponsive, slow to act on even basic maintenance issues, and often try to shift landlord responsibilities onto tenants. I’ve waited months for repairs and over a year for a simple sign request. Their lack of communication and accountability makes them one of the worst management companies I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend renting from or working with them.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! This place needs to be shut down immediately, a bunch of crooks from management all the way down to the receptionist! Biggest advice is if you decide to rent from them which you shouldn’t is ALWAYS get a RENT RECEIPT!! These crooks sent me a letter in the mail stating a 15 day non payment of rent and if I didn’t pay my rent in the next 15 days I would get EVICTED!!
