They do a good job, but need to be more structured and honest on times. Called today for two pedicures and He said to come right away because they were not busy. Got here in 20 minutes and every chair but two were full. I waited 20 minutes and after 35 minutes my husband got up and left. They really should have been honest and either made a valid appointment or told us if you come now you will be waiting. I won’t do business with dishonest people. Will find somewhere else next time.
I came in with my small child for a pedicure, asking if they could get it done now or if they wanted me to come back in 30/45 mins. They assured me that they could take me on the spot and get the pedicure going. fast-forward 45 minutes and I’m still sitting there. I see the workers in the corner chitchatting with one another. I decided to walkout. Lost a loyal customer today.
