Sadly disappointed with my experience here. I booked an appointment after seeing so many positive reviews, but I don't plan on going back. I was first greeted with lots of stares and was questioned, not very warmly, if I had an appointment- which I did. There were also what felt like hidden prices I wasn't aware of. If you don't bring in your own file, it's $4, and if you pay with card it's another $2. I am SO grateful to KS nails!!!! I broke my nail on the very first day of vacation, and desperately needed a fix. I’m very loyal to my tech (traveling from the east coast), so I was nervous about finding a high quality salon in an unfamiliar place. Best nail salon in Bend! Great location (right downtown), plenty of easy parking just across Greenwood so you don’t have to deal with the chaos of downtown. Employees are great at nails and genuinely enjoy what they do. They always do such a great job- my nails always chipped week 2 after going elsewhere but here they last 5 weeks and grow-out is why I go back!
