My central air conditioning stopped working recently and it was 94 degrees outside. Petro and other HVAC companies couldn’t make it over to me for a few days. Panic was setting in until I contacted KS. They were extremely accommodating, coming out later that same day, were able to diagnose the issue (and a way to at least temporarily get the system back up), and provided honest guidance on replacing vs fixing.
