We lost electricity during the recent storms and the boiler would not work. There was no hot water in the house. I called these guys on the weekend and they were able to send somebody within a few hours. The issue was fixed very quickly. I was very happy with this company and I am certain you will be too. They provided outstanding service.

Highly recommended - knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I had an install done in the spring, great experience. Shortly thereafter I had an old condenser fail, which we ended up replacing along with a coil. Last night my thermostat failed (unrelated to any of KSM's work) I gave them a quick call and got an immediate response. Walked me through a quick trouble shoot where we were able to identify and resolve the issue without turning it an unnecessary service call.
