I recently had the pleasure of working with Kiran, Varnika, and their team on closing a property in GTA. It was a fantastic experience collaborating with them. They provided invaluable support during negotiations with the builder and offered clear, timely guidance throughout the process. I would be delighted to work with them again when the opportunity presents itself.
I was here yesterday for notarizing a document. I booked an appointment and asked for the fee. The lady over the phone told me 35 bucks. After everything was done, i was asked to pay 50 bucks for some reason which i didn't understand. Be aware. I wouldn't recommend this place for any legal services.
You can never go wrong with Kiran. Thank you for all the help, most especially the attention to every details during my first home buying. That was a top notch service............
