Ordered a turkey sub and they made a tuna sub. Wouldn’t refund the order. Edit: received a call from prosciuttos employee demanding I remove this review because I was refunded. I told them I still hadn’t received a refund and would be keeping the review up and that calling to demand me to take down the review was inappropriate. To date have still not received the refund despite multiple employees saying I would.

Ordered takeout and was sadly disappointed. I heard ownership changed and it shows. At the risk of being harsh, a bunch of slop costs $65. Quesadillas had very questionable chicken, fry oil could definitely use a refresh as the sweet potato fries were dark and had a cooked a while ago and left out kind of vibe. I lived in Londonderry for years and used to love this place, so I was pretty disappointed with my order over the weekend. I’m not sure if ownership changed or if the recipe changed, but the pizza just doesn’t taste nearly as good as it used to. There was way too much cheese and not enough sauce, and the sauce itself tasted completely different—almost like a jarred sauce.
