Don’t get the monthly subscription. “Cool club” its a subscription scam and the manager doesn’t care. There are better options out there that don’t need a subscription.
Please don't use for emergencies. They came out once to diagnose told me I needed a replacement compressor and then never updated me on when that would be. After calling them 4 times and they said they would have someone reach out to me. So I had no a/c and no communication on when it would be fixed, which was all I was really asking for the day after the came out. This also on a system they installed 2 years prior. Do not use this company. I had no choice as my builder used them. I have had so many issues with my units at this point I've lost count. They put the units in around june 2022 with the vent and intake switched around so had to come out and replace the whole plumbing in the attic. After about 5 calls to get them to come out they finally came out and fixed that problem. Apparently I wasn't the only one in my neighborhood to have this issue.
