I made not one but 2 appointments with K&S and never got any service whatsoever. First time okay maybe they didn’t write down so called back for an appointment just for the tech to literally never show up. Never will I waist my time again and you shouldn’t either if your reading this review go elsewhere for HVAC service.

Don’t get the monthly subscription. “Cool club” its a subscription scam and the manager doesn’t care. There are better options out there that don’t need a subscription.
Please don't use for emergencies. They came out once to diagnose told me I needed a replacement compressor and then never updated me on when that would be. After calling them 4 times and they said they would have someone reach out to me. So I had no a/c and no communication on when it would be fixed, which was all I was really asking for the day after the came out. This also on a system they installed 2 years prior.
