Ace Air duct cleaning- Allen was great! From setting up the appointment to the actual day of service, it was a positive experience. They communicated what the process was, called you the day before, and when they were on the way. The techs were very considerate of our home and our family, and did not pressure us for up sells. You will definitely understand why this business is 5 stars rated after you have them for the jobs that needed to be done cos this is also the reason that we use them. We had Sam to clean the duct and service the heater unit. I told him about our evaporative cooler problem, he offered to go up to the roof and check for me to see if it can be repaired as we have a bad feeling it is gonna be really expensive if we have to replace it.
