Thought I found the doctor of my dreams. She listens, works hard and helped me to get in a better place with my health issues. DOWNSIDE, STAFF AND SERVICE ARE THE MOST ATROCIOUS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. Initially, I was ok with a 3 hour office visit because of the Dr herself. It took FIFTEEN YEARS to get on the right medications. During the FIRST visit, Dr. Brandy Kuhn put me on the correct medications for my conditions. She is ABSOLUTELY the BEST doctor I've been blessed with.
I have had nothing but difficulty with this place so far. I tried to get set up with them with an appt. back in august. I called to confirm appt. the week of said visit only to be told.."we don't have you on books for an appt." I had been waiting a month bc I was a new patient. So I got another appt. time but when I showed up the office was closed for the day. I just called again today during normal business hours and no answer from anyone. See you I'm going elsewhere. Sorry.
Wish I could give a 0 star I have been with her for years service was great at one time a month ago I received a letter that me my children and my husband with cancer was discharged so asked why was told she was shutting down that was a lie because you can still call and there are people in the office my husband has to find a Dr ASAP because he has been on his meds from her for 2 yrs and has a weeks worth and the withdrawals will kill him alone and i trusted my family with her told me not to worry about it he can't withdraw ... read more
