K&S built our home in Grande Pointe and the overall experience has been good, even with a couple post possession items that have been worked through. Overall, a fair rating would be 4.8 out of 5. We worked with their rep Aman from start to finish. She was friendly and easy to work with by answering all our questions in a timely manner. We moved into our K&S home in October and couldn't be more happy. Our dream home in Grande Pointe by K&S is everything we ever wanted: stunning detail, huge windows with lots of light, and a functional layout that is great for entertaining or just staying at home.
