AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I dropped off my comforter to be cleaned and picked it up a week later. My comforter looks exactly how it did when I dropped it off. I didn't discover this until I returned home where I also found a small yellow stain on it as well. So I basically paid $40 to have them babysit my comforter and add a stain to it. They denied me a refund and the "owner" apparently is "never there" according to the new, poorly trained individual at the front desk. I have returned my comforter to them to get it f... read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS EVER, THEY ARE THE WORST CLEANERS I HAVE BEEN. HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND HORRIBLE WORK, THEY RUINED MY NEW COMFORTER AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR IT P.S. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT POST IT WITH OUT ANY STAR :(

****HORRIBLE COMPANY ALERT ***** First off would give negative stars if possible. This all started on 6/30/2018. My boyfriend took our comforter that was extremely wrinkled due to our mistake of putting it in the dryer. So we decided that a dry cleaners would be the way to go, boy were we wrong. We took it to get steamed at K's cleaners. The cashier said they would be able to get this taken care of and would be done at 6pm that same day. I have been a customer for over 2 years and I just found my sweater was shrinkage. Dry cleaned on April 2016 and I just noticed because I do not have chance to wear the sweater. The sweater price is over $500, so I do not want them to stretch because of the fabric. I asked them to just replace but they did stretch without my permission. And the result was horrible.
