What an awful experience around the board! If I could give 0 stars I truly would.
I started working with Sheila about two weeks ago on a lease, and while the process started off promising, it quickly went downhill. We found a home with great potential that needed minor work, which I was ready to handle by the move-in date. However, things took a turn due to poor communication regarding fees, lack of proper documentation, and what I felt were unethical practices. Sheila was so great to work with. Very knowledgeable and always looking out for our best interest! We worked with her while building our home and she was there every step of the way crossing the T’s and Dotting the I’s making sure nothing got over looked.
