I brought my car to get my brakes check at KA Auto service in Mineola NY. I was visiting a relative and while driving my brake felt funny, so I went to nearest auto shop. I explained to manger Victor the situation and he was very attentive and helpful . He took care of my brake issue instantly. I would definitely recommend his service to my friends.
Rip-offs and rude. They quote a price before doing the job and then when you go pick up the car they give you another price. I recommend to whoever is running this business and whoever’s working on it to get an attitude check as well as improving your customer service. As for future clients, do yourself a favor a keep looking for other places.

I initially went in for an ignition coil replacement, but when my car still was hesitating when accelerating, the team took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue. Would have given zero stars! Kevin who owned before and retired was amazing and trustworthy. These new owners are horrible! I dropped off to have an oil change and to replace battery in my key fob. Got called twice asking if I wanted an inspection (mine is good until the end of December) then called again and told I need new front brakes, cabin filter and something else. I never asked for that…only an oil change. When I saw they charged me $30 to replace the battery I told them Kevin only charged me $10 to replace both fobs,... read more
