Beware cautious of charges. This place does not know how to process an insurance card. We were charged for co- pays when we shouldn’t of been. Dr was in Network and due to having diabetes ins covers 6 visits a yr with no co pay. Had to really work hard to get them to understand how to do their job. We got reimbursed but had to fight for it for 2024, 2025 and 2026. Aweful service. I called the corporate office and they were aweful. Thank fully we are now going to see a real podiatrist. Dr. Scott seems to be knowledgeable and thorough. She is a good provider of foot care. But, care does not discontinue after the patient leaves the office. Over the years, there have been THREE separate occasions where I have had to contact the doctor following an appointment. Each time I would leave a telephone message (because the patient portal did not allow me access), then I would wait for 1-2 weeks for a callback. Dr Scott has done an excellent job on both of my feet for 2 different problems. She is kind and very efficient. I am very pleased with Dr Scott and will continue to use her in the future.
