It took me 2 weeks of calling on a daily basis to finally have someone pick up the phone in their scheduling dept (instead of being sent to voicemail) to schedule a new patient appt. This was 3 months ago and my appointment is supposed to be sometime later this month but I had a question and so I have YET AGAIN been trying to call for almost 2 weeks now and have never been able to get anyone to answer. VERY unprofessional.
Very disappointed in this experience. Waited two months to get an appointment with this physician. Was all set to see her tomorrow. Just to be called the day before (today) and informed that she would be out of the office and not returning for two months. And, could only see me sometime in November!
I love Dr Rowe. She’s the best
Dr. Rowe is a five star gem, I love her expertise, I value her opinion she’s so caring and concerning about her patients,she’s always responsive to messages you send her I wouldn’t have any other medical doctor, plus she has the best assistant ever, I just adore Misty she’s always warm hearted and cheerful, overall I give her and her staff a #10
