Krysten, herself, is very sweet and does a good job. But, I ended up with an older lady who gave me a gel manicure that started chipping 48 hours later. When I went back in to have just the color redone, I ended up with the same woman who was incredible unprofessional and terribly rude. After a super awkward argument, she finally redid the work but spent the entire time talking to herself about me.
