I have been a client of Krysten’s for probably over 10 years and I would not trust anyone else with my hair! She is always honest, manages my expectations and keeps my blonde hair looking beautiful and healthy. I look forward to my visits every two months and always leave her chair feeling beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
Really really good ambience and service. I went for scalp detox and had a great experience. Krysten, Roxy and Elysse attended me, they were all very nice to me and are brilliant at what they do. What I liked the most was the scalp massage which made me almost fall asleep and when I was ‘awake’ they engaged in great conversations. Thank you. Ohh and there was an artist painting in the salon, this place has a whole another vibe unlike usual salons.
This review is my opinion, and its been over a year since I was there and I have been meanig to write this but life got in the way. I found Krysten to be rude and condescending and I felt intimidated and uncomfortable right away. Krysten-Ashley is incredibly talented. I've been her client for years, and I've gotten consistent compliments (at times from random strangers) on my hair since she took over. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and creative. She also educates me about how to better care for my hair so that it stays healthy.
