best last artist , takes her time, dosen't rush..professional and explains all the steps.. The ambience of the studio is great- great bathroom facilities, parking, she even gives her clients free eye lash brushes and has treats and water if we get hungry.. highly recommend- only artist i don't get pain or a headache for her application
I absolutely love getting my lashes done by Krystelle! She does an incredible job every single time. My lashes always look beautiful, natural, and perfectly applied. They last more than a month, which really shows the quality of her work and products. She uses high-quality products, and the glue never burns or irritates my eyes, which is very important to me. I always feel comfortable and confident with her. I highly recommend Krystelle to anyone looking for amazing eyelash extensions — she truly is the best!

Felt this business was unprofessional and a money grab. First off, it’s in a residential home with children screaming etc. The neighbour beside them doesn’t like people parking there and yells and harasses the people that do. I was so scared that I almost called police. After driving through rush hour an hour there, the student that was supposed to do my schedule appointment was not there. So wasted day and wasted gas. Krystelle is the best. I have been a client for several years now and am so happy with my lashes after every single appointment. Krystelle’s a true artist. I love how meticulous she is, a true perfectionist which I truly appreciate. I am 100% confident I will leave her studio with beautiful lashes.
