I am reposting my review as my previous one was removed and I don't know why. Two years ago, I visited this office for an annual female wellness exam. On my intake paperwork, I explicitly wrote that I must be notified in advance if any service or discussion would not be covered by my insurance. Despite this written request, the doctor discussed topics outside the scope of a standard wellness check without informing me that these would trigger additional fees.
