I cannot say enough about how incredible Krystal is. I went from NEVER working out to finally feeling in shape, building muscle/tone and having more energy. She is encouraging yet challenging, and always makes accommodations for EVERYone's needs. She offers one on one classes as well as group classes, so something for everyone's budget and preference.
