Krystal was just the person we needed to guide us through the process of taking our startup business to the next level. She was honest, knowledgeable, and transparent. She even referred us to other resources to help us on our journey. We felt completely confident when we left her office that we were in good hands. Krystal was amazingly helpful for us throughout the process of deciding whether a non profit was the right direction for our organization. She guided us to helpful resources and also helped us figure out how much we could do on our own in order to save money since we are not bringing in any revenue yet. We left her office feeling hopeful and clear about the next steps we would need to take. She is professional, kind and communicates clearly. Krystal helped us set up our 501c3. She was very thorough, and has an amazing presence! We are confident in our legal set up, and highly recommend her services!
Talked with Krystal on a Friday about establishing an LLC. I thought everything was going well, she said her office would send a questionnaire in the next 24 to 48hrs to ensure we were setting up the correct LLC. I get a call Tuesday at 5pm stating due to work load her office could not help me. Luckily this was not a time sensitive matter. Very unprofessional be honest up front.
