This place was very good at doing exactly what i wanted, i was very impressed at my nails and for the price i got them at. The staff greeted as warmly but the nail tech who did my nails was very warm as she would sometimes dismiss my questions, but this could've been due to tiredness and i don't find it an issue at all.
I've been coming here for over 6 years and when Lily owned it, it was great. If ypu have a 9.30am appt, they are often cleaning up the dust from the night before. It feels dirty. Whilst there are 2 friendly staff, the rest are unfriendly staff and don't acknowledge you (particularly the one who recently dyed her hair blonde) They talk about you and the last straw was when they were laughing at an elderly lady that came in to do her nails.
