My mom went and saw her at the ER because of a terrible cough/cold she had. Krystal ran a bunch of tests that were completely unnecessary. She said she wouldn't give my mom steroids because my mom had received steroid treament 10 years ago which is just crazy and makes no sense. Didn't prescribe her an antibiotic. Krystal then prescribed her the same cough syrup that hadn't worked to begin with. She clearly has no idea what she is doing and is only interested in billing people's insurance rather than providing the best treat... read more
