Unfortunately, our experience with Krystal Limousines was very disappointing. While the limousine itself was beautiful and well presented, the driver completely ruined what should have been a special day for my baby sister’s formal. From the moment he arrived, the driver had poor manners, an unfriendly attitude, and spoke to us in a rude tone. There was no warm welcome or professionalism, which made everyone feel uncomfortable. Steve and his team was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Timeliness was key, we had 2 seperate limos for our wedding day and both were well ahead of schedule on arrival for pick up. Taking away another layer of stress for the big day. Both drivers made themselves known to the guests and shared some laughs whilst maintaining a professional standard.
