Krystal Klean sent a team to do a post move out cleaning of our condo. They did a horrible job and had to come back a second time. I asked a manager to meet me at the house to review the issues, and she stood me up (I literally drove to my condo, which is a 40 minute drive from my house, and waited 2 hours for her and she never showed up). Impossible to get hold of management after they have your money (they are very responsive before!), rude cleaning staff, poor work quality. They didn't actually "clean" my house. It was more like they in some cases they just moved the dirt around from one location to another, and in other cases just didn't do what they were being paid to do (clean). Not only was I disappointed with their services, but It's been over a month that I requested a receipt for my records. 1)On my original scheduled carpet cleaning day the guy was not only very late, but it had to be rescheduled because the machine was not working. I said ok no problem, it happens... we schedule it for the following day. 2)I get a call from the guy the next day that he will have to reschedule AGAIN because he doesn't have any gas for his machine. I had to give him $20 cash for him to go fill up and get the job... read more
