when I went there they said I didn't need an appointment, so the girl that cut my hair didn't speak english, or understand any english so I really couldn't tell her what hairstyle I wanted, and she ended cutting my hair uneven. very poor service, they will never see me there again, they need to really understand and speak english!!!!!!!!!!!!!
