I visited the Winchester location last night at 9:00 pm. After waiting on the drive thru for 10 minutes, the cashier told me, it would be 15 minutes before I could place my order. Because they were changing shifts !! Really, like how hard can it be to make Chili Cheese Fries . I assume the shift manager wasn't there, because Im hoping that would not be tolerated!! Just because of shifts changing, the customer service should NOT be impacted.
