Something is not right at this store, the first time I went the girl hand me back up to wait for my food. Next thing I know someone was trying to use my card. The next time the man tried to charge me 3.00 more for the same breakfast I had just bought a few days earlier and made some lame excuse when I called him out on it. These people are crooks and I will never go there again.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I went through the drive-thru and I picked up my mobile order where I ordered a meal with the crystals and the chili cheese fries and drink. I also ordered a pick 5 and I did not receive the pick 5. Also the restaurant refuses to answer the phone so I got scammed and I have no way to get my money back
Needs to be shut down lobby always closed and the employees are terrible they have you waiting in the front of the store for a long period of time and when you get to the drive thru window they eating fries and Krystal’s. Who managing these people just shut the building down
I just left there and the young girl at window very unprofessional, pouting whooping and throwing a tantrum because she couldn't get the register to work right.. lawd these kids, the older lady had to tell her to calm down and helped her get it right and the young girl looked at her side ways when she walked away. Do better young generation and Krystal s get mature people to work for u
