Krystal is so sweet and so knowledgeable. She knows where muscles connect and how they interact, so she's always to pin point the root of my problem. I had the worst back pain after having my baby. I couldn't even stand up straight. I came to her practically crying for help! It turns out the pain was caused by tight hip flexors that were overcompensating during the pregnancy! Krystal was so thoughtful and communicative. Their comprehensive intake process made me feel safe and I appreciated that they checked in throughout the massage to ensure I was doing well. They're also really chill and fun! So glad to have found a queer practitioner who enabled me to relax as I struggle with touch!
Highly recommend Krystal! I had major surgery recently and need massage as part of my recovery process. Krystal has been such a wonderful person to work with. She's talented for sure. But she is also a great listener, caring, flexible and compassionate. As an example, I couldn't lie on my stomach for a while post-surgery. Krystal set up an accommodation so that I could be in a comfortable position and still get the therapy I needed. She's great!
