As a stylist I haven't had my hair done by anyone but myself in well over 5 years. I have to say that the shampoo head massage is unbeatable! Next level service! We will see how the cut falls after I wash and style as it was not checked and tweaked till after the round brush curling. I would have rough dried to tweak a cut then style after. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my visit, my nail artist, Taila, cut my toenail cuticles too deeply, causing my big toe to bleed. I asked her to use alcohol to stop the bleeding, and after that, she understood I wanted something to stop the blood. Unfortunately, my toe later became infected. When she worked on my hands, she also cut the nails too deeply, which caused discomfort and later became infected as well. I have attached pictures for reference. I love going to Krystal Beauty. I always recieve wonderful service. Today, it started raining on my way out. A young gentleman offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella!! Wonderful place to go for all your beauty needs.

Such good service, I’ve been coming here for the past year. I always request Maria to do my nails, she’s the best! I show her what I want and she makes it come true every time - so happy with my new set!
