Arrived at the 24-hour Krystal at 6:40AM and waited at the speaker for a few minutes with no response from staff. I drove to the window and got behind a car that was getting its food. When I got to the window, I was told they weren't open yet and they had no food prepared. This Krystal used to do a good overnight business, but in the last couple of years it is COMMON to find "machines down," "food will take 15 minutes to prepare," and other excuses for not being able to take orders.
