I waited for an hour to place my order after getting to the microphone I waited a additional 10-15 . I assumed it wasn’t operational so I pulled to the window to place my order where I was told I couldn’t and that it was fair to other customers that had been waiting . I was the person waiting the longest since I arrived first . My order was refused and I was forced to go to another restaurant . Please do something about the manager at this location she is very rude .....

Really?? Only sweet tea?? You don't carry unsweet tea?? How proud your company must be to have you on their radar...what a joke!
Just waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru. The way the building is situated there is no way to turn around so once someone pulls up behind you there is no way to leave.
I stood for 20 minutes. No service acted as if i wasn't there. I have always loved Krystals but i guess i will not be eating it anymore.
Was the worst one by far. Avoid this location.....
