I went there today, 2-17-21. I ordered 3 cheese burgers, 3 chili cheese pups, sm fries and chili cheese fries. they charged my card the order, fixed that then I received 2 double chz burgers, 1 chili chz pup and the fries. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answers and the VM box is full. That is totally unacceptable! Make sure your order is correct. I can't believe that MANAGER still has a job!!!!!
Waited at drive thru for over 15 min... No one came across speaker... We pull up to the window to order and make themAware that we have been out there for 15 min. Along with other cars only to be told that we must drive around and get in line again... only thing said by the TWO employees in the building was... “well there’s only two of us... 1st... One of the nastiest Krystal's I have ever been in. Service was horrible and long. Everyone except the manager had on a mask. Food was horrible I will not be going back!
i order 24 cheese Krystals extra pickle and onion and a chilli cheese fries 27.00 and some change for cold Krystals the bottom bun nasty just soggy. i waited 35 mins for those. so they pulled us around the building to wait 25 more mins i had ask for the district mangers phone number they wrote down the store phone number. manager on duty Brittany was in the parking lot chit chatting instead of watching her store. i will be calling a friend for the district managers phone number
How the moody location closed and y’all didn’t amazes me. When I asked for chili cheese pups, I received three hot dogs with shredded cheese. Then once I told the worker they didn’t make it right, she asked what was missing and just handed me a cup of chili. Then my cheese krystal had a hole where the cooks finger went through my krystal. Didn’t even attempt to make my order right
Poor customer service, arrived & their system was down “30 mins to come up” I stated I’ll wait & was told to pull around & park to wait; in the 10-15 mins I waited 3 cars were able to come & place their orders. So I get back in line, & place my order, & spend another 15 mins in line behind 2 other cars. One which gave their order back at the window. RecommendedGood ol fashion Krystal burger!
30 mins and COUNTING in drive thru on a Monday night!! The drive thru only had maybe 3 cars in front of us. We would’ve pulled off but you can’t in this location. We had groceries w us and I hope they’re still cold! No discount or anything. This is ridiculous. All in all we spent about 40 mins.
They close at 8:30 , but on the door it state 9:00pm what Krystal does that, the one in Madison Ga on Eatonton hwy and the hours plainly stated on the door , Dine-In close at 9:00 and drive Thur closes at 10:00... if they can’t be open like the hours states PLEASE CLOSE DOWN IN MADISON, because this is y’all 3rd try and it’s NO GOOD
