We have had very bad experiences last year but decided to try it again. Glad we did, the order was correct unlike last time, food was warm and fresh unlike last time, employees were very friendly and on top of getting our order out quickly! We will definitely be stopping in again soon!
The employees were closing up when our softball team were trying to find somewhere to get something to eat at 11:30-11:45 pm. They had already cleaned and turn the grills off. When they heard our girls needed feeding because they had just got finished with a game and they were hungry the ladies said sure. They fired up the grills and started cooking. These ladies were very nice and served all of our girls with a smile. I just want to say thank you ladies for doing all y'all did last night.
Everything was fresh and hot. The lady at the counter is a sweetheart.
We love going and getting food from Krystals...BUT today the service at the Madison Georgia store was horrible. We were in the drive through line for over 15 minutes. ..And the sad part was there were only two cars in front of us. This was around 9 am on a Saturday morning...Not a busy time of day...My husband was ticked.
Never even got to order my food. The 3 staff members never even acknowledged we were even standing there. Waited 15 mins and walked out.
If there was an option to not give a star that's the one I would choose because there were 3 people just standing there doing nothing when they could have been taking out order
I had an awful experience, my buns were hard, my chili dog was upside down and chili was everywhere and my fries and apple pie were cold like they were cooked yesterday and the service was terrible! I will never return!
