RecommendedNormally I would recommend it but Friday nights purchase was a disappointment. Ordered 10 Krystal’s just ketchup ( which was what I got but..)Good I had ketchup at home!!
Best Krystal anywhere ever... Great staff and friendly service (except one manager is kind of grumpy and short-answered, but he's usually not there when we are).
It was our first time ever to eat here anf when our little burgers was delivered to our table they were cold and the bread was super soggy.It seemed as if they were frozen amd stuck in the microwave or something. It was just horrible.

Food was OK. I am from the mid-west so I grew up on White Castle. Not quite the same but still good. :) I will say your employees at this location were very friendly and upbeat. Stopped by our table several times to make sure everything was OK or if we needed anything else.
It's been a very long time since I've been to a fast food restaurant where the workers seemed like they actually wanted to be there, helping the customer. Every single person who walked in the door was greeted. Every single person who worked there was super friendly, very courteous and very pleasant. If I lived in the area, I would frequent this particular one often.
Props to all the workers at Krystal's in Perry tonight! They are the only fast food restaurant open and have a million people here trying to get food. All of the workers have been super nice and friendly and have great attitudes. Way to go Krystal's employees!
