I ordered a sackful and Krystal chicks and I was told to pull it would be a min. 15 mins later I'm still outside waiting for my food. I go in to check to see where my food was they wasn't even putting mine together, but they were filling everyone else's order and when I said something they acted like I was an inconvenience when I finally got my food it was all cold I'm extremely upset and I never got an apology
