I placed an online order 40 mins ahead of pick up and had to wait another 30 mins for me food. Then was told that their shake machine was not working and i’ll need to contact the online app for a refund. I wasn’t offered anything else but i suggested a drink instead even though it was $3 cheaper. The nasty mouth lady was very rude. Girl working drive thru was extremely rude. My order was messed up so I called back to report it and the girl that answered the phone was even more rude. It’s not my fault they messed up my order. She acted as if I was lying about my order. Told me to make sure to bring back all the food and the receipt. Krystal was our favorite fast food at one time. Very disappointed!
Just went to your drive through only to be told we are out of food ! Wtf ! If your restaurant can’t do any better than that you need to close ! The customer service at this place has really went down !

They are stealing from people. They are leaving off items like cheese, eggs, sausage. Every other person they are trying to save money by messing up one item they think they can get away with. I will no longer be visiting. They get mad when you point it out.
They are ripping off people every order just to save money. I will never go back. They messed up my order 3 different time in 2 weeks. Cost cutting at it's best.
They really don't care. Will rip you off any chance.

stopped in and placed an order Sat. for Sunday,to take to church. They were VERY accommodating,had my order ready ,it was right ,they put it in boxes to keep warm and even gave a discount because it was for our church.Very sweet people there...,they even helped carry it out to my car.❤
