Went to the drive through and order 3 value meals. Was given my drink and asked to wait in the parking lot. When i asked why i was told because if i saty at the window a timer keeps counting and they get in trouble for not meeting time requirements to serve orders......lol. stop screwing around and do your damn job. Meanwhile i parked in the lot and waited 13 min fpr 12 mini burgers and cold fries......smh. Never again. This place is a joke.
Horrible service got our order wrong nd we found a piece of plastic n our food.
Night Staff will take your money BUT not serve you food if you are White. Staff state they do NOT serve "Whites". Family was 4 young kids were robbed by staff on April 21 2017
So I go in for my 5 dollar meal something easy you know. I place my order, pay and wait for about 10 minutes and then I ask about my order and they told me that I'm not getting sh** from them cause I'm white....
So is Krystal serving up a side of racism with it's little burgers now??! Telling Hispanic customers they won't be served because they're white? NEVER going there again!
We were told that because my family and I are white, we wouldn't be served...after we were charged. Good times.
