It was TERRIBLE . My chicken was raw!! I had to wait 25 minutes for 3 crystals 2 small fries and boneless wings. I get home and after my daughter has already eaten 2 of them I notice the chicken is pink. I wouldn't recommend eating here!
Rude nasty and the GM Anthony is very rude n unprofessional
After leaving the hospital in the wee hours of the morning, I visited Krystal's for the 10 Krystal's and 10 wings. I'm informed that they only have the boneless wings. Ok, I like those too. Get home and they have given me chicken nuggets dipped in hotsauce!!! When I say chicken nuggets, these aren't even good chicken nuggets. They are the round processed chicken-like meat substance that I wouldn't feed a dog! I am so angry! There's nothing like being hungry for something you really want, only to get disappointed! I always love me some Krystals! Always hot and fresh.
wow.. worst visit to krystals.. i was ordering, got cut off..then they turned my order into 2 orders... my wife's ORIGINAL wings were hot and spicy and her ranch... missing... my order was ignored and i didn't get it till the women looked out confused as to why i was still at her window..
Didn't enjoy it all no stars
The food is awesome here. The staff not so much. They kind of ignore us every time we come in. The last time I stood in front of the cash register for 5 min while the cashier cleaned the counter & organized it. She didn't ask for my order until she finished. Once we got the food though it was great
