Stopped at drive thru to order some Krystals was told there was a 20 minute wait. We had one car ahead of us and they left as well. Unsure what the problem is but my husband stopped last week and he was told the same thing.

so my fiance has a onion allergy so before new management they would burn off the grill and cook without onions. well now due to new management they no longer cater the need for people with food allergy. such bulls**t.

It was night and the dining area was closed because of theCovid. So my friend and I backed into a parking spot to eat. See a male employee by the food cooking, pull his shirt halfway up his belly and started scratching his chest. UGH! just nasty . He never washed his hands.

Apparently when they run out of hotdogs, they buy the super cheap hotdogs and serve them. Needless to say, they can keep their cheap hotdogs and roaches. Never again.
