Really I don't even want to give a 1 because it was the worst experience I have ever had and I really like Krystal's. Corporate will be contacted on this Carrie Grissom that is a so called Manager at this Krystal's. Me and my family waited 20 minutes on an order and mind you there was no one else in the building, I mean no customers except us, when we approached the counter no one said a word to us I had to call the guy that took our order to the front and he acted like he had never seen me before and argued with me until I ... read more
Went there today. Waited with line behind me in drive thru for them to take my order. We sat forever!!! Then, when we finally got to window waited again as employees laughed and carried on. We will never return here! Too scared to eat the food that we never heard or smelled cooking!

But I didn't agree with the rest who weren't accustomed to it.
The food was good and workers was nice but I thought they was suppose to bring you your food. The lady that took my order knocked on the window and told me to come get my food. But brought the next lady's food out to her.
Drive thru service was terrible. Took 15 mins to get order and only 2 cars at window. Food was cold, and won't never go back again.
First time I ever had Crystal and it seriously outdid my expectations!!! Move to NWA Arkansas!!!
In general, I like Krystal. I enjoy the burgers. The fries are always horrible, so I never order those. This time they were cold the cheese wasn't melted and they were the worst I've ever had
I give them five stars because they were clearly understaffed for a holiday, but were obviously working very hard. Even though it took a while, I applaud and appreciate the effort, and don't blame the staff at all.
