My complaint- We were there the other day. Chicken was good as well as the fries. My husband got a coffee to drink and it tasted like it was sitting there for 2 days. And I got a pop. There was more ice than pop.
The food was great I never really have a problem with Krystal I only get to eat there when I go through Orlando or Georgia and when I do eat it I never have a problem with it just like this past weekend we got a box full I ate 10 of them and loved every single one of them but it's not the Foods fault if it's made right by the employee then they are good
Never disappointed. The breakfast scrambler looks interesting. Can't wait until the next time Im through.
I just love Krystal's. This is a brand new store and the burgers are great! Its in a great location and the staff is friendly, they are going to do well.
Twenty five minutes in line. Three cars ahead of me and two drove off. Fries warm.
Odd an employee left while I was there and went across the street and got a hamburger and brought it back to eat. I love the Krystal burgers but it made me feel odd that the employee don't eat there. Hopefully she just wanted something different.
Why is it everytime I go here my food is messed up? I asked for a Dr pepper and I watched the girl do half Dr pepper half coke. Wtf. You hire people that can't cook chicken safely to give your customers?! I'm sorry but this place is pathetic!! You guys seriously need new staff that actually gives a damn and isn't rude.
This place is soooooooo slow every time I go even if I'm the only person there they take about 5 mins or more. I got chilli cheese pups one time and it tasted like there was a cleaner in the chilli it made my mouth numb!!!
