This place had the worst drive through that I’ve ever experienced at a Krystal. Each car was taking 5 to 10 minutes to work its way through the line, and they seemed to be accepting an order, preparing it, delivering it to the customer, and then taking the next order. I won’t be going back!

Horrible customer service
Whatever you do, do NOT go to Krystal in Griffin. I went through there last night to get us some food. When we started eating, the food tasted like STRAIGHT chemicals to the point that the taste of chemicals stayed in mouth for 20 minutes AFTER trashing it.. I called and spoke to the manager because I knew I couldn't go back last night after getting home. All burgers smashed and half hanging out of boxes ordered 4 thru 3 1/2 away ....tasted like old grease drive thru filthy nasty......been this way for a couple years now.....last time to try.....health dept needs to investigate before someone gets sick!
