Our 1st experience at any Krystal’s restaurant ever. Waited over 20 mins to even have our order taken, waited another 15 for it to be ready... when we finally got our food it was wrong. 2 ppl working for most of the time we were in there and they were catering to the drive thru. Food wasn’t good, bread was wet & gross, chicken was a dry piece of chicken finger... kids were not happy. Ordered all burgers NO onion... ALL burgers came with onion on them. We haven't eaten at a Krystals in decades n noticed the hamburger neat themselves are a lot thinner.
Service was slow. Only 2 people working Had to wait for the girl doing the drive thru to come take my order
Service was non-existent. Customers all over to order,people at tables and in line to receive orders, dining area filthy. Worst Krystals we have ever visited and we do look forward dining at a location in our travels. If the help moved any slower they would be moving backwards! Ended up at McDonald's next door,at least we were able to eat. Same filthy lobby and oblivious employees••welcome to Brunswick, Georgia?! Will certainly miss that exit in the future :(
Good was delicious. I couldnt understand the employee working the register and she had to repeat herself several times. Someone was asleep at one of the tables and I had about 4 inches of napkins under the legs of my tables to balance it out. But, the burgers were hot and delicious and melted in my mouth. So as long as you don't mind a terrible dining room, you're good to go. Eat up.
It was great I like their chilli cheese pups! They had great service and was quick to get food.
We waited to order. Cashier is on her phone in the back. Others just walking around. The only person working was the one cook. Waited 20 minutes for food that was cold and fries under cooked. Ask them to turn down the loud TV and was told they couldn't, corporate rules. As we finished, a worker came and turned it down! Really? Won't ever go back! You need a new manager there for sure!
