Worst service ever!!! Manager took three or four orders from drive thru that had pulled up after I had walked in the store..... so I said could someone take my order instead of the ones that drove up after me? Guy in back said “This guy trippin” I said I’m not “trippin” I’m being truthful.! So manager comes to front and says that those in the drive thru are timed so those inside can wait as long as needed because they aren’t timed. omgggggg let me explain the foolery that blew my mind on my trip down. So my mother, myself, and 3 kids (11,4,3) are in the car and starving after our drive my Atlanta. We pull up to order a ask for the "crowd pleaser" an item on the menu, with a $19.99 price blew. Now I'm not at all bothered by price. I asked for bacon on my burgers and this is what I get. ONE small piece of bacon that barely covered 1 bite. Wtf?
Horrible service I went through the drive thru and manager told me I needed to come inside as it was only him and one other working...I waited inside for 15 minutes before I had to ask if anyone was going to wait on me as cars kept getting served in the drive thru. The manager asked what I wanted and I replied that I had several orders he then turned around and went back to serving the drive thru.
I eat there everytime iiI come home from South Carolina. I've never had an issue. The food is always excellent and the staff is friendly.
