sat in drive thru fifteen minutes with only one car in front of us before we gave up and left

so my fiance has a onion allergy so before new management they would burn off the grill and cook without onions. well now due to new management they no longer cater the need for people with food allergy. such bulls**t.

RecommendedI rode up on my motorcycle hungry and they were so awesome got my 24 pack strapped it down and they loved it lol think they got some good pictures great people at this store definitely coming back have a blessed day

ordered 12 cheese krystals 2 tots. Got home all 12 in cheese boxes but not 1 with cheese and the tots, they were fries!! Not a soul in the restaurant or driveway and still SCREWED up the entire order!!!!
This place sucks always something wrong but today’s really made me mad. We just ordered 24 Krystals and none of them had mustard or pickles and there was a black hair in the bottom of my chili cheese fry. Not only did we have to wait for our food it’s all jacked up and when i called back to let the manager know he sat silently for a good minute before simply just saying okay.
