Very dirty! We walked in, ordered our food, and walked over to the drink machine to find bugs flying around all around the machine and onto our body! We walked right out of there!
Very poor service,stood there for 20 minutes before ordering. This is a very sadly ran establishment and will never stop there again.
Couldn't even handle a 2 car drive thru line & 1 inside customer before 11p. Either staff it competently or close it, utterly absurd to be this inept . Needs proper management BADLY. #PATHETIC

Very dirty and very poor service after we finally got our food they were two separate couples that came in and turned around and walked out because they couldn't even get service we were getting ready to leave another couple came in they stood in line waiting nobody offered to help them I walked outside and told them that they had customers waiting to order .... when their customers they do not need to stand outside smoking and customers in line very displeased with this Krystal's
Very poor service! Food was luke warm after waiting 20-25 mins in Drive thru. Had to wait 10 mins just for them to take my order and 2 cars behind me left. There was only 1 car in front of me who was waiting for their food past the window. Employee got out of car, went into kitchen, didn't wash hands, asked me to pull up to wait for my food and then the car who dropped him out pulled up to the window and handed him a cup from inside his car for the employeee to fill up. � This is the third time I have had poor service at thi... read more
Much better than the one we stopped at last year in nearby area. Even though it was breakfast time they cooked some excellent burgers. I'd give this place the Golden Like!
