Stopped at drive thru to order some Krystals was told there was a 20 minute wait. We had one car ahead of us and they left as well. Unsure what the problem is but my husband stopped last week and he was told the same thing.

We absolutely will not be going back to Krystal's in Gray one reason because we just sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes waiting on food and not to mention the girl at the counter was wiping her hands all over her shirt and touching on the food that's disgusting, and not to mention rude!

Everytime you order they tell you to pull up and wait for your food so it tricks their computer monitoring system into thinking they are waiting on customers very quickly. It's usually 10-15 mins of sitting and waiting. I'll drive to Milledgeville or Macon from now on.
The cook threw my debt card from the front counter towards the drive thru area when I walked in and asked about a refund after sitting in the parking lot waiting for ten minutes on an order I was told would be brought out in 1.5 minutes. When I asked his name he said he did not care if I called customer service. I wouldn't have asked for a refund but the person on the phone when I called in to check rudely said we can't make it cook any faster. I was told a minute and a half!!!!!!!!!
Went inside waited about 5 mins. After no one waited on me i decided to go through the drive thru. Wait time was not long then. However, my order was not correct, and it was cold. Chili wasn't ready and they'd been open for 3 & 1/2 hours.
Don't know what y'all did but the service and food has gotten WAY better over the last few months. I hate that the prices went up but as long as you keep serving good food like this, then I don't mind paying a little more.
