Well it probably would have gotten a better rating if the stupid ass management on euclid Ave. would pay their employees. My son has worked there over a month with no pay check. When we asked them why he hasn't gotten paid, not a single manager can answer that and when we ask WHEN he will get paid they tell us that they don't know that either. THEY desperately need better management.
I love krystal, but the shift that was on duty between 6 and 7 today, 4/24/17 was a joke. Almost one hour to get food. We had a total of 5 people in line waiting to order and get food. The only one that was trying to get anything done was the young lady who was cooking. Manager and other was more concerned with drive thru than getting things moving inside. I understand being short staffed. But there was no excuse for what happened to the customers inside. This was after the race, but 5 orders is not a big rush.
PLEASE BRING KRYSTALS to Hampton roads (Chesapeake or Virginia Beach VA)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!! I BEG OF U!
We love Krystal. Just wish we had them around here.
