RecommendedI live in North Charleston SC and have been for the past 8 years. I hate we don’t have a Krystal, so it’s the 1st thing I eat as soon as I get to Oak Ridge.
placed an order for 5 cheese krystals & medium fries. took over 10 minutes. My fries were cold & no apology for the time it took. Unless you count some random person sticking their head out the door farthest from me and shouting sorry it took so long
To the woman working the drive thru tonight...you done a great job and to hold it together like it's just a normal day..this woman should be paid 3 times the amount she gets paid for on a normal night! she need to be paid what a cook gets paid a prep cook gets paid and her normal pay as well...as she is doing the jobs of 3 different ppl tonight..or at least a great bonus!

Dont when happy hour is going on took over 15 mins to get some krystal and chili. People was walking out before they order was took smart of them.
After 2 gentleman was given the wrong order, they returned to order to the cashier, the cashier in turn comes out to the dining area, with the same food, and attempts to give me my order,,, I told her that I would not accept food that another customer had already touched!!!!
