I’m guessing that once upon a time, about 5 hours ago, these were fries. Thanks for the cold, brown, whatever these are.
Ordered 2 chiks and 2 Krystal burgers. Y'all gave me meat and buns only and wasted my cheat meal. And of course i wasnt given a receipt to prove this. Will not be back. I've only been to this location twice and both times y'all did some ignorant stuff like this.
Had a promo sign at the register and then said it was .50 more. So the sign said a sundae was $1 with a combo but the cashier said it was $1.50. False advertisements. Ants were crawling in the window sill and I reported it to management and nothing was done about it. The ants were going for crumbs not wiped up. No concern for cleanliness.
So I order 5 Krystal's plain, meat and bread. The guy behind the counter repeated it meat and bread, yes sir that all. I get my order everything on it! They lady says sorry I'll remake them. Ok so try number 2 here's your order, meat bread and cheese! Are you freaking kidding me, so by now I know since they had to remake my order for the 3rd times know they are back there wiping their ass with my burgers. The girl in the kitchen was snotty, but the guy up front was friendly and made sure I left happy after the kitchen messed up my order. Best wings EVER!!!
They never heat them up anymore and I specifically asked them to. Half cold is just wrong. Other than that, great! Service is nice and all.
I worked here they do NOT use gloves!!! They seem very nice but in reality during the short period of time I worked there they were totally against many health code violations!
